When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable)

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with the order in question

Offers a free 30 day return policy. No restocking fees!

Unfortunately we cannot authorize returns requested 30 days after purchase

Items that have been altered or washed cannot be accepted

Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed after we receive it.  Email us at bumbythecloud@gmail.com if you’d like to check the status

Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded. Refunds are for merchandise only, less your discount if you used one

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
